中国共産党の英語版御用新聞『Global Times』は、2023年08月30日、「日本に圧力を掛けるために全力を結集せよ」（Unite all the forces that can be united to put pressure on Japan）という記事を出す始末です。
記事の一部を以下に引用すると、こんな具合です。
核汚染された廃水（原文ママ：引用者注）を海に投棄するという日本の決定は、世界の海洋安全と人類の生存にとって重大な懸念である。
ここ数日、特に日本が08月24日に排水を開始して以来、国内外からの反対や批判が強まっている。
しかし、日本は注意をそらすために、加害者としての責任を認めるのではなく、中国による意図的な標的の被害者であるかのように見せかけようとしている。
日本の大胆さを前にして、私たちは日本のダンピング行為に断固反対し続けなければならない。さらに、日本が海洋に壊滅的な被害を与えることを阻止するために、世界中のあらゆる力を結集することが極めて重要である。
（中略）
第1に、日本の核汚染水投棄の影響を受けている国々の漁業組合、環境保護団体、一般市民とのコミュニケーションを強化することである。
（中略）
第2に、原子力の安全性と海洋環境保護に力を注いできた世界的な環境学者や環境保護団体を招き、カメラの前で核汚染水投棄について科学的根拠に基づく真剣な分析を行うべきだと、復旦大学のShen Yi教授はグローバル・タイムズ紙に語った。
第3に、世界中のジャーナリストが福島を訪れ、自由に取材できるようにすることだ。

経済的には、核汚染水の投棄によって引き起こされた潜在的な越境被害について、国際法に基づいて日本政府や『東京電力』に賠償を求めることができる。
これによって日本は、汚染水排出のコストが日本の利己的な利益を上回っていることに気づくだろう。
（中略）
私たちのターゲットは常に日本の無責任な投棄行為だからだ。
私たちがしているのは、世代を超えた人類共通の利益のために海を守るため、日本が不正行為をやめ、海洋投棄計画を中止するよう促すことだ。
今度、一部の政治家たち、特に欧米の政治家たちが「デリスキング」を口にしたがるときには、現在の世界における最大のリスクは、日本がもたらした放射能汚染であることを肝に銘じるべきだ。
それこそが、デリスキングが緊急に必要な唯一無二のものなのだ。
